Pulse Events is gearing up for its largest celebration yet with the third annual Spring Festival: Lunar New Year Celebration at Brooklyn’s iconic Avant Gardner. Taking place from Thursday, January 30, to Saturday, February 1, the event will honor the Year of the Snake with an expanded three-day lineup. Headlining the festivities are global dance music powerhouses DJ Snake, ILLENIUM, and DJ DIESEL—better known as NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal.
ILLENIUM will kick off the festival on night one, DJ DIESEL takes center stage on night two, and DJ Snake will close out the event with an electrifying performance on night three.
This year’s Spring Festival promises a star-studded roster of support acts. Dubstep heavyweight Space Laces will join night two, while progressive house favorite Audien is set for night three. Representing the Asian music community are future bass producer yetep, Taiwanese-American talent JVNA, and Los Angeles-based DJ Henry Fong, a returning face at Pulse Events. Other notable performers include Zack Martino, DRUU, Irene, minijoy, Cyberpunk, KIMØSABI, and Pika Jenn.
The festival celebrates the arrival of spring on the Lunar calendar, observed on January 29, 2025. Attendees can look forward to traditional lion dance performances, an immersive night market, and a vibrant cultural showcase that bridges Eastern traditions and Western dance music. Reflecting the qualities of the snake—wisdom, transformation, and charm—the event aims to highlight the deeper significance of the Lunar New Year while delivering unforgettable performances.
