New York-based DJ and melodic house producer Exstra shared his single ‘All I’ll Ever Know’ featuring UK-based singer-songwriter MØØNE, on 13 September via the Enormous Chills imprint.
After seeing the late Avicci perform live, Exstra decided to try his hand at DJing. His DJ journey started in Washington DC, and took off from 2013 to 2020 when he moved to New York. Once Covid hit, his DJing career took an abrupt pause, which saw him turn to music production instead. Extra’s previously released single ‘Frozen’, received support from Magnetic Magazine and airplay by Nora En Pure on Purified Radio 404 and 409.
‘All I’ll Ever Know’ exhibits Exstra’s distinct concoction of organic tones and analog soundscapes. The song serves as a powerful reminder of the strength in embracing your emotions, no matter how daunting they might be. MØØNE’s delivery is raw and heartfelt, with her profound and tender vocals immaculately capturing the song’s emotional depth. Aside from this, the track is an undeniable dancefloor hit, creating steady momentum for Exstra’s forthcoming releases.
