Sydney-based futuristic artist, VNCCII returns with her bass-heavy single ‘I Came I Saw I Conquered’ released alongside gaming-style visuals, out via AWAL

A self-described “21st Century Creative Futurist and Polymath”, VNCCII returns with her new self-produced dance odyssey ‘I Came I Saw I Conquered’ released alongside an immersive music video featuring her Superheroine A.I Cyborg 3D Avatar. Placed in an Unreal Engine virtual environment, the accompanying video showcases VNCCII’s Superheroine Avatar’s combat and ninja moves in order to liberate herself, break out of the game simulation with her ultimate mission to empower and “free the people ”.

The track opens with iconic trumpets and a brass ensemble heralding in a call to arms, and quickly accelerates into a relentless engine-induced roaring bass drop with bass sound design that awakens the senses. We are then stimulated with a raunchy electric guitar solo and then hurled into choppy Neuro Bass sequences before ascending into a euphoric drum & bass synth drop finale.

Speaking about the release, VNCCII says – “When I see my avatar kicking ass in the music video made in Unreal Game Engine, it empowers me to strive for my dreams and to stop at nothing. My spirit and soul are embedded into my digital avatar and the moral choices she makes. I want to show the world that we all have the magic and the inner Superhero within all of us. Empower yourself to empower others. Don’t let anyone hold you back and stop at nothing!”

An Ableton Live School alumni, VNCCII isn’t your typical genre-stricken electronic artist. Over the years, she has crafted a strong authentic vision and fresh sound palette, while striving to push forward both music and cultural boundaries across, blurring the lines between music, gaming, technology and virtual reality. Having received support from the likes of EDM.com, Music Tech, Magnetic Mag, Dancing Astronaut and EARMILK, the new single continues the theme of futuristic SuperHeroine which can also be seen in her singles ‘Dangerous Love’ and ’Take You Higher’, released earlier this year.
