Despite being a fan and loving the opportunity to collaborate with Marcus James, MNYS, known for his electronic pop-punk production has contributed much more than a featured name on the single. His doleful vocals and stirring lyrics complement the track in a way that it provides an honest, earnest conversation with the listener’s soul.

Adoring the effectiveness of his latest single, Marcus James adds: “There’s a certain time of the night, usually around 1-3am, if you find yourself unable to sleep the thoughts you’ve pushed aside all day come to the surface. This song reminds me of those moments spent wondering if something from your past could have gone differently, and wondering if someone else is out there thinking the same thing.”

The internationally acclaimed producer is very well supported and has an impressive play count of 8.4 million across streaming platforms. Be sure to check out ‘The Night We Nearly Threw It All Away’ on the 16th of July. Will you take up Marcus James’ advice of having the song talk to you after midnight? Let him know via his socials.
