Hailing from Denver, Colorado – Hex Cougar is coming right out the 2019 gate with not only multiple remixes, collaborating with Call Me Karizma on the track ‘God Damnit’, and then teaming up with graves and Lil Narnia for ‘Glass House’… but just for kicks, the man has seen fit to drop another original on us. 


The latest single by the bass producer, entitled ‘Silence’ released on 15 February under Shifty Rhythms showcases serious variety and Cougars skill for creating depth and layers one might not have expected while taking you on a midtempo melodic journey perhaps not suited for a huge bass show but the rise and fall of the synth, drum loops, running hi hats in conjunction with Sara Skinner’s slightly echoed vocals makes this track intoxicating.
